Why I Create

I am a self-taught artist from Mumbai, India, deeply passionate about colors and textures. Currently based in Hong Kong, I bring a unique perspective to my artwork from my background in fashion design, primarily using charcoal and acrylics as my mediums. My creations are rooted in experimentation.

My interest in art began in early childhood, and I've since developed a signature style that embraces visual chaos on canvas. My work explores the interplay of light and shadow, inviting viewers to discover the beauty in everyday moments.

Tradition isn’t something to preserve in silence — it’s something to reimagine. I’m drawn to the soul of old age doors — the mark of time, character and heritage locked in every hinge and panel. I create one of a kind pieces by transforming historic doorways and repurposing them into vivid works that celebrate memory and imagination.

It is my way of reimagining tradition and turning craftsmanship into something fresh and beautifully timeless. I enjoy creating artwork where past and present coexist.
